Fragrant Brands (Pty) Ltd is a business in the beauty industry that manufactures and sells perfume and skincare products. Fragrant Brands (Pty) Ltd sells to approved resellers only and does not sell directly to the public.
2. Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 2 business days. Delivery will be confirmed via email.
While we aim to ensure delivery within 7 working days to the registered delivery address, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, strikes, or service disruptions.
Fragrant Brands (Pty) Ltd will not be held liable for any delays caused by third-party courier services. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in tracking and resolving the issue, but late delivery will not be grounds for a refund or cancellation once the order has been dispatched.
Any changes to delivery addresses must be confirmed and approved by head office prior to dispatch.

The offerings on this website are available to South African clients only.
4. Return and Refund Policy
The provision of goods and services by Fragrant Brands (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the company will refund the client in full within 30 days. Order cancellations by the client are subject to a 5% administration fee. All goods must be inspected upon delivery. Customers must not accept damaged goods. If goods are damaged, they will be returned by the courier, and following investigation, a replacement will be sent at no additional charge.

Fragrant Brands (Pty) Ltd stores customer details separately from card details, which are entered directly on PayGate’s secure site.

The merchant outlet country is South Africa. All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
10. Responsibility
Fragrant Brands (Pty) Ltd is responsible for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery.
